I have helped many people. One story is of a 16 year-old girl that had been told she had asthma. She couldn't take deep breaths. After one session, while working on her lungs she admitted to feeling a pop in the lung. She was able to take deep breaths thereafter. She can now do some running. A month later she came to me for menstrual cramps. Usually she has terrible cramps. After a 30-minute session she stated she had no cramps at all the entire week.
