Growing up as first generation in the complex, ever moving energy of New York City, I realized that I was experiencing the world in a different way from others around me. As a life-long empath and intuitive, I felt deeply connected to others which called me to pursue a path of higher understanding. My personal experience with Reiki Healing two decades ago was illuminating, transformative, and the catalyst for becoming a guide in other people’s path to healing, personal development and spiritual growth. 

Today, I am honored to stand as a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher for Level I/II, with over of decade of professional experience and a profound commitment to supporting my students and clients. Teaching Reiki is my passion and calling. In every class, my mission is to facilitate a space for self-discovery, healing, and joy while being sacred, inclusive, and interactive for all. My joy comes from witnessing my students unlocking their potential, developing their skills, and carrying their practice forward to serve their communities. My extensive training in Reiki comes from the esteemed William Lee Rand, the late wonderful Carlos Gonzalez and the now retired Ana Gonzalez, his beloved partner. I am deeply grateful to my teachers and mentors for their guidance. I share the light forward with great reverence for my own students and clients, helping them to reclaim their authentic selves through love, health, creativity and abundance. 

In addition, my journey as a professional healer has equipped me with an expansive toolkit. I hold a Masters in Divinity degree specializing in Spiritual Counseling, Life Rituals, Rites and Ceremonies and have received extensive training and certifications in Life Coaching, Meditation, Sound Healing and other modalities. I have had the privilege of studying with some of New York City’s most prominent shamanic practitioners and their teachings continue to influence my approach to this work. In 2022, I founded Upsoul Center, a holistic health and wellness center in New York City, to unite the incredible community I have cultivated over the years. It’s a space rooted and centered in empowerment, a testament to my deep belief in creating environments where people can heal together.
