I was recently invited to see a friend's son in his punk rock band debut. Perhaps I was trying to recapture my youth but I went along. As expected it was loud and crazy and very fun. At one point the mosh pit got a little out of hand and a young girl rushed past me holding her bleeding nose. I followed her to the bathroom and found a friend of mine administering first aid. The bleeding was quite heavy and the girl was panicking and choking on the blood. I very quickly explained what Reiki was and asked if I could put my hands on her. Unable to speak she nodded. I put my hands on either side of her head and let the Reiki flow. Within moments she calmed down and the bleeding stopped. The girl was very thankful and my friend was amazed. My friend wants to learn Reiki as soon as possible.
